Investment Objectives and Strategies

This fund's objective is to increase the value of your investment over the long term by tracking the performance of the Morgan Stanley Capital International - Europe, Australasia and Far East (MSCI EAFE) Index.

The portfolio manager invests primarily in high-quality Canadian money market instruments while holding options, futures and forward contracts based on the markets and securities that make up the MSCI EAFE Index. The portfolio manager may also invest directly in equities that comprise the MSCI EAFE Index.
